I need to know the symptoms of it cuz i’ve got this red patch on my palm only on one hand but its not bumpyr or itchy or painful, its just there and it has increased alittle in size in bout 2 months. I need to know what it could be?

What are they? How can you detect them? I burn extremely easily and try to protect myself as much as possible. However, I also just want to be extra careful.

I have these 2 moles that look a little different from any others that I have. They are right below my neck. One has little tiny dots on it. They are hard to see but I can still see them. Another one is almost white in the middle and is orange surrounding the white. I heard that these could be symptoms of skin cancer? Is it possible that I have it?

okay so I am 14 years old and my mother says we have A LOT of skin cancer in our family. She’s a little concerned about me because I’ve been devoloping dry patches on my skin. Also, on another skin note (I don’t know if it relates), I cant be outside when its really hot. I a bad rash that hurts a lot and itches. I have only gotten it in Hawaii, but I can feel it coming on in the summers, but its not that bad. My mother also gets this rash, as did her mother.

I had a physical today and they said I need to go get a mole checked out by a dermotologist. i am only 14. I’ve had this mole all my life and it does have symptoms of skin cancer( dark, different colors, irregular border) but I haven’t noticed it change at all from when I first noticed it 10 years ago.. I was just wondering can you get skin cancer at 14 and what will the dermotologist probably do? Thanks.

I have a red mark on my collar bone. It is about a half inch long and maybe a quarter inch wide and it looks how a scratch on the skin does…red and slightly raised (like a scratch you know), but it is smooth. I read the signs and symptoms of skin cancer on the skin cancer foundation site and none of the symptoms really matched what I had, but I don’t know what it could be. Has anyone had something similar or known someone with skin cancer with the signs I described?

I have previously had a couple serious sunburns that have caused blisters, one time very large blisters. Recently, I have noticed an old mole near the area of the sunburns has a white mark near the center and has started to have some tenderness. I have talked to some people, none of them medical professionals, and they say the only reason it is tender is because I have been feeling it. Could these be symptoms of skin cancer?
